Refund policy
There will be no returns allowed. Only exchanges will be accepted, provided you inform us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request an exchange, please contact us at hello@stillother.com. Items sent back to us without prior communication will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order on the same day it is received. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us the same day so we can evaluate the issue and arrange an exchange.
- Claims made after this time cannot be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be exchanged, including:
- Custom sizes (no exchanges allowed)
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
